Try the other contact method, or the spelling of the patient's name exactly as we have it. If it still will not load, call our billing line at (281) 214-9815. We can update your contact information and take your payment over the phone if that is easier.

Yes. Payments are processed over an encrypted connection through our billing partner, whose platform is HIPAA compliant and PCI compliant. Best Dental never stores your full card number, and our team cannot view it. You will see the secure lock icon in your browser throughout the process.
Call us before you pay. Reach our front desk at (281) 214-9815, Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM. Have your statement nearby if you can. We will pull up your account, review every charge with you, and correct anything that is off. We would much rather sort it out than have you pay something you do not owe.
