We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer your slot to another patient in need. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. Complete your paperwork online before you arrive. New patients can fill out all intake forms digitally through our patient portal — saving you 15–20 minutes in the waiting room. You'll receive a link in your confirmation email after booking. Have your dental insurance card handy when completing forms online.
Before Your Appointment
After scheduling, you'll receive confirmation by email and text. Complete your new patient forms online via the link in your confirmation — no clipboards needed. If you have dental insurance, our team verifies your benefits in advance so there are no surprises at the front desk. Check our special offers page for any current new patient promotions.
Arrive & Check In
Arrive 5–10 minutes early for your first visit — most paperwork is already done! Our friendly front desk team will greet you in English or Spanish, confirm your insurance, and ensure you're comfortable. Our facility is fully wheelchair accessible with accessible parking right outside the entrance.
Comprehensive Exam & X-Rays
You'll receive a thorough dental examination, digital X-rays (often complimentary for new patients), and a professional consultation with Dr. Jasmine or Dr. Sonny Naderi about your oral health and any concerns you have.
Treatment Planning & Next Steps
Before you leave, we'll walk through any recommended treatments, provide clear cost estimates, and help you schedule follow-up appointments. Our team handles all insurance claims on your behalf and discusses financing options including CareCredit, Cherry, HSA/FSA, and in-house payment plans if needed.
