Always seek the advice of your dentist or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a dental condition or treatment.

Patient Relationship

Establishing Care

A dentist-patient relationship is established only when:

  • You visit our office for a scheduled appointment
  • A licensed dentist at Best Dental examines you and agrees to provide treatment
  • You complete all required registration and consent forms

Use of our website or contacting us by phone or email does not establish a dentist-patient relationship.

  • Late Arrivals: Appointments may need to be rescheduled if you arrive more than 15 minutes late

  • Payment Due: Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance
  • Accepted Forms: We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and dental insurance
  • Insurance Filing: We will file claims with your insurance company as a courtesy, but you are ultimately responsible for payment
  • Insurance Verification: While we verify insurance benefits, coverage is not guaranteed until your insurance company processes the claim
  • Out-of-Pocket Costs: You are responsible for deductibles, co-payments, and any services not covered by your insurance

We offer various financing options for larger treatments. Financing arrangements are subject to credit approval and the terms of the financing company.
