When you book, we set aside a block of time exclusively for your care and prepare accordingly. That time cannot easily be filled on short notice.

Last-minute cancellations leave gaps that could have gone to patients on our waitlist who need care. 24 hours gives us time to offer that slot to someone else.

Cancel with 24+ Hours Notice
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will be refunded in full. No fees, no penalties, no questions asked.
Cancel with Less Than 24 Hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment result in forfeiture of your deposit. The deposit is non-refundable in this case.
Miss Your Appointment
If you do not arrive and do not contact us, your deposit is forfeited and a $50 no-show fee will be charged. No-shows prevent us from offering that time to patients who need care.

Forfeited for Late Cancellations
Cancel within 24 hours or no-show without contacting us, and the deposit is forfeited. No-shows also incur a separate $50 fee.

How Deposits Work in Practice
Think of your deposit as the first payment toward your care โ not a separate charge on top of it. When you arrive for treatment, your balance is calculated after the deposit has already been credited. Cancel 24+ hours in advance and it comes straight back to you. The deposit only becomes a loss if you cancel late or miss the appointment entirely.
Need to Reschedule?
We know schedules change โ and we want to keep your care on track. Rescheduling is easy and there's no fee to move your appointment. Just give us as much notice as you can.
Reschedule Free of Charge
Give us at least 24 hours notice and we'll move your appointment to a new date at no cost. Your deposit carries forward and is applied to your rescheduled visit.
Deposit May Be Forfeited
If you request a reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, it is treated as a late cancellation โ your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
